This Terms of Use agreement ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding contract between the user ("User", "You", or "Your") and dCorpo Biz Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our"). This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures, in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 ("IT Act") and rules made thereunder. By accessing, browsing, or utilizing any features of the Platform, you categorically agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below.

Platform. encompasses the website, its underlying infrastructure, the aggregated database of government schemes, and the proprietary subsidy calculator.

Content. refers to all text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, compilation of data, and computer code made available on the Platform.

Calculator. denotes the client-side JavaScript application provided on the Platform to help Users estimate potential subsidies based on user-defined inputs.

Purely Informational Purpose. The Platform operates exclusively as a preliminary aggregator of publicly available information concerning central and state government incentives. It does not offer legal, financial, tax, or corporate governance advisory services. Any commercial or strategic reliance placed on the information provided herein is strictly at the User's own independent risk. Users must consult qualified professionals or the relevant government departments before making any binding financial decisions.

Volatility of Government Data. Public policies, eligibility criteria, and budgetary allocations for subsidies are subject to frequent, unnotified amendments by government authorities. We provide all database information on a strictly "as-is" and "as-available" basis without any express or implied warranties of accuracy or timeliness. The Platform explicitly disclaims any liability for financial losses incurred by a User due to reliance on outdated, revoked, or modified government schemes listed on the site.

Exoneration of Fiduciary Duty. The relationship between the Platform and the User is on a principal-to-principal basis. The provision of informational content does not establish a fiduciary, advisory, or principal-agent relationship under Indian contract law.

Outputs as Illustrative Estimates. The Calculator processes User inputs using general algorithmic representations of published government formulas. The numerical outputs generated are strictly illustrative estimates intended for preliminary evaluation only. These estimates do not constitute a guarantee, promise, or legal entitlement to any specific quantum of subsidy or grant.

Sole Discretion of Authorities. The actual disbursement of any subsidy is subject to rigorous verification, compliance audits, and the absolute discretion of the respective nodal government agencies. The Platform accepts zero liability for any discrepancies between the Calculator's illustrative estimates and the final amounts sanctioned by statutory authorities. Users waive all rights to initiate claims against the Platform for unmet financial expectations resulting from the Calculator's output.

Proprietary Rights. While the raw data concerning government schemes exists in the public domain, the specific curation, structural organization, and UI/UX of this Platform remain Our exclusive intellectual property. This specific compilation is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and applicable international treaties.

Prohibition on Reverse Engineering. The mathematical logic, algorithms, and JavaScript frameworks powering the Calculator constitute Our exclusive trade secrets. Users are strictly prohibited from reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Calculator's source code. Any attempt to bypass client-side security measures to extract the underlying proprietary logic will invite stringent civil and criminal prosecution under Sections 43 and 66 of the IT Act.

Anti-Scraping Policy. Access to the Platform is granted strictly for manual, individual use. The use of automated bots, spiders, crawlers, or data-mining tools to extract or reproduce the Platform's database is strictly forbidden. We reserve the right to immediately terminate the IP address access of any User found violating this provision.

Statutory Safe Harbour. The Platform may contain hyperlinks to external portals, including official .gov.in websites or third-party service providers. In hosting these links, the Platform acts solely as an intermediary under Section 2(1)(w) of the IT Act. Pursuant to Section 79 of the IT Act, We claim absolute immunity from liability concerning the content, operational uptime, or security practices of these external websites.

Comprehensive Exclusion. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform, its directors, employees, and consultants shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data arising out of the use or inability to use the Platform.

User Indemnity. The User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Platform from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from their breach of this Agreement. This indemnification obligation survives the termination of the User's access to the Platform.

Exclusive Jurisdiction. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or directly relating to this Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated in Pune, Maharashtra.
